As an introduction, my dog’s name is Cavi and she is a 6 year old golden doodle with lots of energy. She gets super excited about lots of things, especially going for car rides and seeing new people. I wanted to do this assignment because I wanted to share my dog and I’d actually never made a Tiktok before this assignment. I found a video of my dog and browsed for the perfect sound. I found a sound called the “Jackass theme” which I thought was the best option after hearing it along with the video. Don’t believe me? Look for yourself!

Bumi Being Silly
Upon looking through the Assignment Bank, I just knew I had to do the TikTok of your pet. I have endless pictures and videos of bumi on my phone. Bumi is a very mysterious and calm cat. Him being silly consists of eating the food I’m preparing, looking out windows and wagging his tail, sitting on my laptop as I sit down to do my assignments, and so much more.
I used TikTok to make this and add a sound to my video. I hope you guys enjoy this little clip of him licking the faucet and getting seen!
Now a fact that I have not shared yet about my character is that Chuckles is cat man, he’s got 13 domestic short-haired cats, whereas I have just one! He’s even done a comedy show talking about each cat each night. Those who attended Chuckles’s shows don’t know they were all about his cats though..
My Dog Max

Meet my lovely dog, Max, a well-trained lab mix who loves long walks and to play. iMovie allowed me to upload a video I had saved from TikTok with the challenge presented in the opening scene of the video. I then added the song Stereo Hearts in the background to enhance the joyfulness of any pet that comes to the viewer’s mind. Hope y’all laugh your hearts out!!
Julius Lawrence’s Dog
“TikTok of your pet” is the name of the next video assignment I decided to complete. It can be accessed at TikTok of Pet Assignment. The instructions for the job were rather straightforward: make a tiktok of your pet acting silly, then overlay the video with a humorous or well-known sound. This is Mason, a black lab that is my dog. Since our course character must appear in two of the three video projects, I will claim that this is truly Otis, the dog of my course character. Julius Lawrence became lonely living alone in New York after graduating from UVA, so he adopted an older black lab and they have since become closest friends. Check out my tiktok linked above and the photos of the two below, they do everything together! As you can see from the pictures below, Otis has quite the personality.
Xander’s Pet Makes an Appearance!
My second assignment I chose to do from the assignment bank was called “TikTok of you pet” and it required us to create a funny, short video of our pet doing something random for a TikTok. For this assignment, I chose to do a video of Xander’s dog, Belle, running around in a little field with the music from the Disney movie, “Up,” and I think the sound fit perfectly with the video because in the movie, there is also an animated dog that runs around in random fields sniffing for various smells. In the video, you can Belle having a great time just running around and exploring the area she is in and just having a wonderful time overall. As you will learn, this is one of the reasons why Belle brings so much happiness to Xander as his pet and why Xander is always smiling and happy. As a result, the video that I chose replicates that by having Belle run around in a field and smelling everything there is to smell. As many of you now, Xander lives a pretty lonely life, and while he was growing up, the one thing that his dad gave him was Belle, which he has had since he was a teenager. Ever since he got Belle, he has always been happy and never feels lonely because Belle has always been there for him. He enjoys Belle’s company and allows him to continue to work his long hours and work towards his dreams while also having someone to join him in the process. Belle and Xander do everything together and they are very tough to separate and that bond really brings out the best in Xander. Especially after his fiasco with Aggressive Technologies, he felt the loneliest he had ever felt, but Belle was there to get rid of that feeling and Xander could not be more grateful, not only for Belle, but also for his late father that brought him the best surprise a kid could ask for.
