This week felt very poetic what’s up with that? I am actually very proud of the bird poem. Thought out and actually matches the whole opposite theme thing going on. Less proud of the second one though ahahahahahaha. I was snowed in so just kind of looked at everything in my room and bunched it together.

Daily Creates
This week’s daily creates were interesting to say the least. Ahahaa the ones i drew came out pretty bad. I ended up using ai for the second one after looking through some other examples from other creators. Lots of creative people also learned that Bing makes Ai images. I ended up adding my own funny twist to the Trex after realizing how bad it came out. Overall, they were fun aside from almost forgetting to them. Had to borrow paper from work to make the Trex so I left him there for my boss to enjoy.
Daily Creates
This week I was happy we only had to do three so I could do my best to get my work done sooner rather than later.
I made these three for this week’s daily creates the one that took me the longest was definitely the Australia day. I almost forgot it until I laid in bed and then jumped up realizing I never posted it. Since it was so late when I remember couldn’t add a kangaroo and koala like I wanted to. The flags were the pg version of my idea, I was actually planning to do a map and then have the country flipping off everyone else and them looking either happy or offended based on their relationships.
The last one I did I was low key sad since I realized there wasn’t really anything I had aside from basically homework, my parents are lucky I didn’t learn to hate them because EVERY summer I was forced to spend the whole-time doing homework. If my siblings were sent to summer school, they PAID for me to go too! Like homie what!
The burrito was nice but gosh was it pricey, the most balanced meal I had in a while.
Daily Create Roundup: Week 12
Here are my Daily Creates for Week 12!
The first one is a trading card I made for Remy the Rat. I’m not sure when I started using Remy as my avatar for “anonymous” things online, but it has been my go to for a while, and it was fitting to make a card based on him.
The second one was to animate something that shouldn’t move. This is a moving / waving banana. Pretty self explanatory but I wish I could make GIFs of this quality on my own.
The last one was to make an eclipse poem. I highlighted a few words to stand out to create a piece on the emotions of the eclipse. A lot of descriptive adjectives to bring out the expressiveness of this poem.
Daily Create Roundup: Week 11
Here are my daily creates for week 11!
The first one was what I would be if I was reincarnated as a plant. As a self sufficient that isn’t dependent on excessive water, I thought that being an aloe plant would give me the highest potential of surviving.
This next one is if I was a flag. Just noticed that both this create and the previous one were both me becoming something other than human.
I looked up a GIF of a golf flag and a ball. Wasn’t very creative but I really wanted to use this GIF!
The last one is HTML code of YouTube pasted into my IDE. An IDE is an Integrated Development Environment, which is basically just software used to build and edit code. I thought that pasting it into this IDE made the code look a little more colorful, but this also introduced a lot of syntax errors, indicated by the red squiggly lines beneath the code. This is because my IDE wasn’t meant to be used for HTML; it was created for Java. For TDC purposes however, it worked out as an artistic choice.

I am writing this to say that I will be dropping this class, blog, and anything associated with DS106. It has been detrimental to my mental health and to be honest its a good riddance.

I’m So Creative! – Daily Creates
This week I did two daily creates. Both of them are very silly and I enjoyed making them. I used PhotoPea for both.
1. Change a letter, ruin a book
1984 –> 1784. I know it’s not a letter, but whatever. instead of being a dystopian novel is a textbook about everything that happened in 1784. You can see a sneak peek of the contents here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1784
2. Pairing A Game With A Chore
Pairing a game with a chore. in this version of Monopoly, almost every space is either task or work. you write all of your homework/assignments on the work cards. you write all of your tasks (like cleaning or laundry) on the task cards. Any other space is a short break. i do not think this would be helpful but it would be interesting.
Daily Create Roundup: Week 10
Here are my daily creates for this week!
This first one was an image I found for what I thought would be a cool concept for a bicycle. Though, now that I think back on it, this would be classified more as a flying car rather than a bike. All of the extra zero gravity would make it a hard sell for being just a bike.
The other one was a splatter art painting using this website. I played around with the number, splat size, and wobble to create a one of a kind design.
Being So Creative – Daily Create
This week I did three daily creates. 2/3 of them were not photo editing prompts which I found interesting since most of the previous daily creates have been photos.
1. C D Hobbit
The hobbit walks around and faces the witch.
