This week was pretty chill other than radio show work and I really needed that. My schedule is pretty busy so finding time to get my part done was difficult, but I did it. Unfortunately, I was last to get my part in, but it is what it is. The daily creates were chill too, and fun. I’d say I had a cool experience making the show and it would definitely be fun to do a podcast in person with some friends. Anyway, check out my work embedded below.

Radio Show almost there!
I was the last one to submit my part of the show and man did I have trouble. I’ve said before I’m not very tech savvy and this was hard because I didn’t have time to go to the DKC for help. My part was mediocre compared to my groups, but I contributed in the best way I could by talking about a different movie than most and I did a small commercial on an AI product. My group was very nice and supportive to me the whole week and all very easy to work with. They all knew what they were doing. It was a fun experience to mess around on my phone and computer and write scripts for stuff. People running a podcast and radio show definitely deserve the love they get from fans because it’s a lot of work. It was a fun experience and I look forward to the upcoming weeks. Just want to put a public thank you to my group here as they have really good parts in the show and did really well. Peace!
Daily Create Week 10
For this create we were shown the man, the myth, the legend DAVE.
We were supposed to show the intensity of him in a photo, but I wanted to show it in a few words.
Dave, looking intense as if he is going to a rave.
Dave, showing a look his friends will remember at his grave.
Dave, looking intense like he is on the way to a sale at Walmart to save.
Dave, showing his true character, one that is brave.
Daily Create Week 10
Today we had to ruin a book by changing one word in it. I immediately thought of changing the “o” in The Hobbit to Habbit. Making it a weird twist in the series that every one of the characters has an addiction to something and that’s how they come across each other. It’s a bit sad honestly, but it said to ruin the book. I think that was clearly accomplished. Just think of the Hobbit and then change everyone to an addict of anything, it’ll ruin your day and your mind will run. Enjoy
Weekly Summary 9
This was a pretty busy week for me, and I got a lot done. We got rolling on the group assignments and worked to navigate some communications and basic groundings for our work. I don’t have much to say other than that. Check out my work embedded below!
Audio Assignments Week 9
My first audio assignment was just to make a bumper for my show and I had Dr. Oblivion help me out. Check it out below!
My second audio assignment was one i created and had an intro made which you can listen to below as well.
Potential Pop Perception Poster!
I figured I would try and make a logo/poster to associate the theme and aesthetic of our show and it came out many times with several different generators, but they all needed to be paid for and I am not willing to pay so I will just create a poster and logo myself and show the group.
Radio Show Progress: Pop Perception
So far this week me and my group haven’t started my “group” work I’d say. Its more individual preparing but group messaging, which has been going fine. I’m not really good with this AI stuff or technology so I think my role will end up being a helper to the more competent ones and that’s fine with me. Some people have made commercials and bumpers, and we have a name and fundamental idea of what we want to do. I’m pretty easy to work with but I have to say, I am not really a fan of online group work. It’s hard to do for obvious reasons. But other than that, I have no problems and look forward to the upcoming weeks! Ciao!
Dail Create Week 9 #3
For this daily create we had to create a new version of any kind of cycle. I decided to use an image generator to create a bicycle with a flying option in case there is traffic, one can just fly where they need to go. Check out what it gave me below:
Daily Create #2 Week 9
Today the daily create was to fantasize about a prompt that was posted on twitter. It read: “A witch smokes a cigarette in a city. She is thinking about the letter “C”. There is a hobbit standing right behind her.”
Very interesting to me and made no sense but I had to make it make sense. Here it goes: The hobbit remained unseen due to its height and tapped the witched, focused on her cigarette, on the leg and scared on kneecap like the doctor does to test your reflexes. Paranoid as the witch always is, she jumped up and yelled “Christ!” Swung around and dropped the burning cigarette in the hobbits eye. The hobbit yelled and screamed and cursed. The witch looked around and saw nobody, so she grabbed her broom and flew away to hopefully turn up free like OJ Simpson, though equally guilty.
